L2 patches and client modification

I'm a bit tired of people asking me all the fucking time about patches and modification about it. So I'll try to post everything here.

This is what I'm using NOW.

The patch contains:
1. l2_skilltime this file is for the skill reuse % - Place this file in the folder called systextures.
2. Skillgrp this file is modified to see the noblesse blessing as debuff.
3. systemmsg-e this file contains information about the chat, colors and much more. This is the file to edit if you want to show "anything" on your screen, like the damage or Resist or Critical....

File 2 and 3 need to go in your system folder, for l2global system folder is called L2GN!!!!
